By using Agnus you agree to what follows. It is written short and in plain English, on purpose.
Who publishes Agnus

What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the devices linked to your Apple account, for the duration of your subscription.
Subscription, price and automatic renewal
Agnus is entirely paid: there is no free tier and no free trial.
The price shown in the app is the one Apple gives you, in your currency; it may differ from the amounts below depending on your country and applicable tax.
Three months — 26,99 €
Billed once, every three months.
One month — 10,99 €
Billed every month.
Renewing, cancelling, refunds
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least twenty-four hours before it ends. Your Apple account is charged within the twenty-four hours before renewal.
To manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Payments are handled by Apple, never by us: we never see your payment method. Refund requests therefore go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What Agnus does not promise
Agnus guarantees no outcome. It is a support tool: not a treatment, not a medical device, not clinical care, and no replacement for a health professional or for spiritual guidance.
The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, without being able to guarantee it will be available without interruption or fault.
What you agree to
Use Agnus for yourself, do not resell or share your access, do not attempt to extract its code or bypass the subscription.
Bible texts
Agnus only uses public-domain translations: the World English Bible in English, Louis Segond 1910 in French. Both are free of rights and quoted as they stand.
What belongs to us
The Agnus name, the lamb logo, the texts written for the app (prayers, journey steps, interface) and the code belong to MinosDevs.
Suspension and termination
You can stop whenever you want by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend access in case of fraudulent use or attempts to bypass payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first — write to us, we answer.
