Who publishes Agnus

Agnus is an independent app. For any question: contact@agnus-app.com.

What you get

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app on devices linked to your Apple account.

Subscription, price and automatic renewal

Agnus is paid: there is no free tier.

Depending on your eligibility, the yearly subscription may start with a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and Apple bills you.

When your subscription ends, the app closes behind the offers screen until a new purchase.

The price shown in the app is the one Apple gives you, in your currency; it may differ from the amounts below depending on your country and applicable tax.

• Lifetime

  Apple bills €89.99 once. This purchase does not renew.

Renewing, cancelling, refunds

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least twenty-four hours before it ends. Your Apple account is charged within the twenty-four hours before renewal.

To manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Payments are handled by Apple, never by us: we never see your payment method. Refund requests therefore go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What Agnus does not promise

Agnus guarantees no outcome. It is a support tool: not a treatment, not a medical device, not clinical care, and no replacement for a health professional or for spiritual guidance.

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, without being able to guarantee it will be available without interruption or fault.

We measure app usage with PostHog

Agnus uses PostHog’s European service to understand and improve journeys through the app. Events are connected through a random installation identifier that is not associated with your Agnus account or email address.

We measure app openings, onboarding screens viewed, offers displayed, purchase outcomes and notification interactions. If you answer the optional questions, we also measure your age range and how you discovered Agnus.

We also measure when the satisfaction survey opens and whether you send or decline it. Your survey answers never go through PostHog.

We do not send PostHog your intimate questionnaire answers, daily check-ins or messages. This measurement includes no session recording or advertising use. The privacy policy explains the data processed and how to contact us to exercise your rights.

The satisfaction survey

From the fourth day, Agnus offers you a short survey about the app, once. You can decline it with “No thanks”, and your access stays exactly the same.

If you answer, your answers are not linked to your account or your subscription. They are used only to improve Agnus. The privacy policy explains what we receive and where we keep it.

After the survey, whether you send it or not, your iPhone may show Apple’s window to rate the app. You are free to close it, and your rating changes nothing about your access.

When you cancel your subscription, the app may also ask you why. That answer is not linked to your account and is used only to improve Agnus.

What you agree to

You use Agnus for yourself. You do not resell or share your access. You do not try to extract its code or bypass the subscription.

Bible texts

Agnus only uses public-domain translations: the World English Bible in English, Louis Segond 1910 in French. Both are free of rights and quoted as they stand.

What belongs to us

The Agnus name, the lamb logo, the texts written for the app (prayers, journey steps, interface) and the code belong to Agnus.

Suspension and termination

You can stop whenever you want by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend access in case of fraudulent use or attempts to bypass payment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution. You can write to us to explain the situation.
